CDDBD for OS/2

Quick & dirty port of freedb's cddbd to OS/2.

I made this port approximately one year ago. It is based on the sources from www.freedb.org. It was only intended for testing purposes of cddbmmcd. In fact the only tested functionality is the simple cddb request. Anything else is untested.

As far as I remember I used PGCC to compile. But, don't ask me what I have done to make it work - I don't remember. I put the source on my hompage on request. Feel free to improove it.
